Good selection of food and AMAZING service. Must specifically appreciate Preetham who understood our needs perfectly. Must also talk about the chef at egg counter who was so cheerful and entertaining.

Mosaic Bar & Grill, located inside the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver, is a really nice spot for a meal. I visited for breakfast and was impressed with the overall atmosphere. They offer a buffet that’s quite expensive, but fortunately there’s also a regular menu available. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Vancouver’s hospitality really shines here — friendly staff, great service, and a welcoming environment. Overall, it’s a solid place to start your day if you’re staying nearby.

Tried Mosaic Grille for breakfast, located on the second floor of the Grand Hyatt Vancouver. Honestly, not worth the $50+ per person if you’re already staying at the Hyatt. The live egg station was the only real highlight — everything else was pretty limited. Staff was friendly and service was good, but the food selection didn’t match the price.

We had great experiences dining in the restaurant, and service is impeccable, have to shout out for our waitress Anni, she is very professional and pay attention to details, and thanks for birthday cake, it was such surprise moment, we felt be very well treated as local guests. Thank you!

This place deserves a big shout-out! NGL, I went to the restaurant located inside the hotel because I didn't have much option. I had my mind blown, it totally surprised me with the quality, presentation and taste! A trifecta. I enjoyed so much so I dined more than once. Do not be stereotyped about the hotel food, you too will be pleasantly surprised!!

Came here after a long summer day and was warmly greeted by our lovely and attentive server (forgot her name but this queen is from Indonesia). The food was also great, loved the truffle mushroom rigatoni hoping to come back soon!

Every dish from the calamari appetizer to the creme brulee dessert was delicious! Our server, Tabata was friendly and a real delight especially with remembering my blueberry allergy. I forgot the busser name, but this gentleman was very attentive to making sure we all had water and my tea had enough hot water. My mom and sister made the reservation earlier that day and the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything special? She was told that we were celebrating my birthday and I received a handwritten card and a special appetizer, it made my night very special!
